A: Browse our store, select your favourite dresses and styles, add them to your cart, and follow the secure checkout process.

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All transactions are processed in GBP (£). See our Billing Policy for details.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Most orders arrive in 4–7 working days from confirmation. See our Shipping Policy.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only deliver within the United Kingdom. We’re working on expanding soon.

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders with no minimum spend.

Returns & Exchanges

A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Once we receive your return, your replacement will be shipped free of charge.
